You will work within a team of 8 fellow developers and there will be SysAdmins, POs, PMs and the CTO in the IT department. The whole IT department in LT consists of 16 IT professionals.

The team: You will work within a team of 8 fellow developers and there will be SysAdmins, Product Owners, Project Managers and the CTO in the IT department working together with you. The whole IT department in Lithuania is cozy and it currently consists of 16 IT professionals.
What’s exciting:
Development products are now deployed to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Ukraine. Now already in the process of two new Europe countries. Next year we are also planning to connect with other countries. Our company employees use this product’s environment for daily job tasks. So your changes, new ideas and fixes will be notable as soon as it’s deployed and you will get a very quick feedback about the performance and changes needed. Users are accessible for discussion and communication for more information or feedback. Now the most significant user count is in Lithuania.
Duties:
- Be part of our agile team and resolve sprint tasks.
- You will be working with our product developed by our team.
- You will need support and implement new features in this product.
- Work together with product owner to find best solution for users.
- Collaborate with others colleagues to design SOAP services or use existing other services.
- Contribute to the evolution of technology and software development practice stack
- Together with our IT team improve software development processes.

Reikalavimai
- Minimum of 3-year of hands-on experience in programming preferred.
- Knowledge in programming languages such as VB.NET, C#.
- Knowledge of the .NET framework.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent critical and analytical abilities with passion for best coding practices.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity of Microsoft’s Visual Studio.
