Our client  – Venipak ( is an internationally operating company for more than 18 years providing express parcel delivery services and other logistic solutions in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Nordic countries, Germany, China and US. Company is an active participant in the expansion of the parcel delivery market, and by dedicating a lot of attention to long-term links with clients it ensures the highest quality of service. Every day Venipak delivers more than 71.000 packages for more than 7000 corporate clients.

At the moment we are looking for an experienced HR Director/Manager capable of taking the position of Head of HR. The person will be responsible for development and implementation of personnel sourcing, training and continuous growth strategy in rapidly growing international organisation.

  • Ensure best practice is defined and delivered in all aspects of HR in Venipak Group
  • Manage and develop local and regional HR teams to ensure they are continually progressing and providing the best possible service
  • Be the first point of contact for the GM and regional Managers team, as well as line Managers to discuss any HR related issues and provide expert advice
  • Coach and inspire line Managers to consistently improve their capability and effectiveness
  • Promote Venipak Group as a diverse and inclusive workplace starting at recruitment phase throughout the full employment cycle
  • Deliver programs which drive improved performance, engagement, and retention
  • Lead Venipak Academy project to support the design and delivery of appropriate training and development interventions
  • Ensure resourcing a variety of roles and promoting an exceptional candidate experience
  • Support the Recruitment manager with providing guidance on the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll and benefits
  • Manage annual performance review process and facilitating training needs
  • Develop and execute specific projects around HR change programs, including compensation and benefits projects

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR managerial position
  • An excellent track record of HR best practice and developments in all areas and willing to be hands on with operational matters as well as inputting at a strategic level
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Strong influencing skills, able to manage and steer highly intelligent and demanding individuals to achieve results
  • Able to act as mentor and lead the team of professionals
  • Able to project a professional, credible image with confident internal and external communication skills
  • Solid HR experience and willing to keep up to date technically, to provide advice to others
  • Experience in managing recruitment exercises and processes
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure achievement against objectives
  • Experience of implementing and delivering training programs
  • Demonstrate a commercial, pragmatic approach to solving problems and negotiating terms or agreements
  • Willing to be a proactive, collaborative member and contributor to the local HR teams
  • Ability to prepare data in a compelling manner
  • Professional English language skills
  • Russian language skills would be considered as advantage
