Our client  – Venipak (www.venipak.com) is an internationally operating company for more than 18 years providing express parcel delivery services and other logistic solutions in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Nordic countries, Germany, China and US. Company is an active participant in the expansion of the parcel delivery market, and by dedicating a lot of attention to long-term links with clients it ensures the highest quality of service. Every day Venipak delivers more than 71.000 packages for more than 7000 corporate clients.

At the moment we are looking for an experienced Manager capable of taking the position of Country Manager of our company in Estonia. The person will be responsible for developing Venipak consolidated logistic services on Estonian market as a part of Baltic logistics chain.

Darbo pobūdis

  • Work closely with international management team to support a wide range of business activities, including courier network expansion, logistics infrastructure and service development, sales, marketing and much more
  • Lead local management team of Sales, Marketing, HR, Logistics and Service Desk to meet the organisation’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
  • Establish and manage logistics Quality goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Ensure efficient use of logistics infrastructure, track performance figures
  • Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organisation’s and that emphasises the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the Venipak Group
  • Establish and manage revenue goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for assigned market and customers
  • Collect market and customer information and share the feedback with the sales, branch and international management team
  • Ensure pricing and stock levels are appropriate for the achievement of business goals and objectives
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts

  • 5+ years’ experience in logistics or parcel delivery business as Execution, Operations, Sales or Process development manager
  • Proven track record managing a regional organisation
  • Proven leadership, growing and managing a successful management team
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a solid financial skillset
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and make strategic business decisions when required
  • Track record of superior performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Willing to take on additional tasks as required
