The team is comprised of industry professionals who rely on 27 years of market experience and cutting-edge technological innovation to ensure that our customers always enjoy highest quality processes of printing, laminating and efficient business management.

Currently the company is in search of experienced Salesperson, capable of expanding company’s export market share in Germany.

  • Building and expanding IOCO Packaging business customers network in Germany
  • Conducting sales meetings and leading negotiations with the clients to ensure smooth and constructive sales process as well as post sale communication
  • Taking part in tenders, preparing commercial offers and pricing proposals
  • Networking with potential clients and developing long-term relationships
  • Providing help and support to the clients to meet the needs and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Presenting companies products and manufacturing capabilities in exhibitions and other business events
  • Maintaining a consistent feedback from the market regarding the competitive environment, quality of the products, and reputation of IOCO Packaging services
  • Cooperating with marketing, production and logistic departments to achieve positive business outcomes

  • Successful experience in b2b sales (3+ years) in field of packaging products
  • Strong negotiation skills, B2B sales skills
  • Persistence and strong result orientated attitude
  • Knowledge of food production and distribution market and its specific nature would be highly appreciated
  • Responsibility, interpersonal skills, integrity, strategical and structural thinking and ability to react rapidly to changes
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with partners, customers and other departments in the company
  • Perfect German and business English language skills
