At the moment we are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Account Manager to join a team in Vilnius or Kaunas office – you will be part of a sales team that consists of 7 professionals. We promise IT will pay off, if you promise us not only to sell, but also to convert clients’ challenges into solutions. You will be able to suggest and apply improvements using best possible practices


  • Developing trustworthy relationships with a portfolio of major foreign and local clients
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Searching for new clients in the B2B sector and building long-lasting business relationships
  • Developing value propositions that meet client business needs and converts these propositions into opportunities
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Work with different sectors – finance, telecommunications, shipping, pharmacy, etc.

  • 5+ years experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs in the IT area
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the B2B sector
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of custom software development is a big plus
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills
  • Be self –motivated, ambitious with critical thinking and problem-solving
