BranchTrack is an European team of designers, software developers and e-learning professionals who have created a breakthrough product in a growing international market. In the past couple of years BranchTrack have attracted top global customers such as Google, Slack, Western Union, BMW, KPMG, Vivint and many more. Company’s primary market is the US.

To accelerate the international growth and continue to expand B2B sales among top-tier enterprise customers, gamification edtech training startup BranchTrack is looking for an energetic company leader to lead their team and expand a global business.

#Lead role

You will take a role of CEO with strong focus on international sales


As the next CEO, your role will be to take the business to the next level and reach at least $1m in annual revenue. With a clear vision for growth for a B2B SaaS startup, you will lead the sales process and expand the sales team. Your target market would be the US and you will manage a team of:

  • CTO
  • CMO
  • Lead developer
  • Sales manager (based in NY)
  • Customer success manager

In addition you will supervise product development and budgeting and financial reporting. As the face of the company and leader of its growth strategy you will lead the anticipated fund-raising process later in 2018. You will report to the Board of directors.

  • An impressive track record in B2B software sales
  • Experience in working with one or more tech startups would be great
  • Experience in IT in general or SaaS sector is a must
  • Ability to take a strong leadership in team and strategy development while being a hands-on manager
  • Ability to communicate with and motivate a small team of highly skilled professionals
  • Energy and enthusiasm for taking a lead role in the BranchTrack’s international growth
