DE Country Manager – Air Freight Logistics

Our client  – Venipak Holding ( is an internationally operating company for more than 15 years providing express parcel delivery services and other logistic solutions in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Nordic countries, Germany, China and US. Company is an active participant in the expansion of the parcel delivery market, and by dedicating a lot of attention to long-term links with clients it ensures the highest quality of service. Every day Venipak delivers more than 45.000 packages for more than 6000 corporate clients.

At the moment we are looking for an experienced Air Freight Logistics professional capable of taking the position of Country Manager of our newly established company in Frankfurt, Germany. The person will be responsible for developing Venipak consolidated avia shipping services in Germany as a part of “North America-Europe-Asia” logistics chain.

  • Develop and execute a business development operations to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues on Germany market
  • Expand current network of partners in Germany regarding Warehouse, Customs and Air Freight operations as well as First and Last mile services
  • Collect market and customer information and share the feedback with the sales, branch and international management team
  • Interact and collaborate closely with the tender management teams in other regions
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts

  • 5+ years’ Air Freight Logistics experience as execution, sales or process development manager
  • Track record of superior performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Professional proficiency in English
