From fine-tuning idea to software consultancy to software development. With our specialization in the business market, we serve clients from our offices in the Netherlands (https://www.capturum.nl), Moldova and Lithuania. In the company group there are 100+ motivated employees work on our own software systems, custom solutions, data analysis and dashboarding.

With over 17 years of experience and more than 100 projects in our portfolio, we have developed our own Agile working method. We coordinate, design, develop, test, refine and deliver a suitable software solution for all kind of business.

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sr. FE developer to join the team of Salvum LT. You will work on multiple international projects were you will be able to take an active role in building the prime customized educational and business software. Do you get excited about a varied job where you work on multiple projects? The team: Salvum LT Lithuanian team consists of 12 people: warm-hearted and helpful Frontend developers, Backend developers, QA engineers, UX designers and DevOps. Also organizational development managers who are always trying to inspire people by drawing them to work together for a common purpose. You will work together with colleagues from Netherlands and Moldova in cozy product teams.

What we do: we develop custom software that helps companies and organizations grow, innovate and automate. Our software seamlessly connects to existing business processes.

Upcoming tasks:

• Playing an active role in the scrum team.
• Developing Front-end tasks.
• Review the work of your colleagues.
• Contribute to structure and future development of the Blueprint.
• Share your unique knowledge and skills with the rest of the team.
• Participate in interviews with new candidates if you wish.
• Cover your code with tests and perform manual testing of your features.

Requirements

• This is a senior role and whilst years of experience is often not a good measure it is likely you will have 4+ years of experience.
• You have experience with front-end frameworks (preferably Angular).
• Experience with Docker, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, GRIPP is a plus.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• You are passionate about building products that are differentiated by the user experience. But you are also pragmatic – time to market is key.
• A track record of strong ownership, initiative, tenacity and integrity.
• You have a growth mindset: You’re excited to learn new things every day and have a passion to inspire and grow.
