  • Drive outbound lead generation activities as part of our growth objectives
  • Establishment and supervision of a local client relationship team
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets in arranging first time sales meetings
  • Support HQ Management team in defining and structuring the strategy in approaching your target market
  • Work with Marketing to support local & international business development initiatives
  • Measure effectiveness and refine tailored campaigns to meet the demands and expectations of your market
  • Lead the client relationship management for fund administration hedge Fund clients
  • US GAAP & IFRS reporting for hedge fund structures
  • Assisting in the development of new & existing client relationships, optimizing service offerings, productivity and profitability
  • Production of Financial Statements and supporting investor communications for Clients
  • Fund accounting and knowledge of investor reporting systems such as Paxus and Geneva, and investor portals including Connect
  • Ensuring adherence to documented procedures and policies
  • Work on the integration of large fund administration mandates
  • Developing and enhancing our fund administration platforms to automate and standardize processes
  • Working on ad hoc internal and global projects (as required)
  • Ensure all deliverables are met on a timely and accurate basis

  • +5 years of experience in sales executive and/or sales management roles, with at least 3 years of experience in financial services technology account management (relevant industry experience preferred)
  • Performance history of consistently achieving or exceeding new business targets
  • Demonstrated track record of recruiting, training, coaching, motivating and retaining successful employees and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of capital raising and investor relations for Hedge Funds
  • Alternative Investment Industry experience or knowledge is preferred
  • Deep experience in value-led selling techniques and methodologies, ideally for professional services and/or subscription sales
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment with many simultaneous projects
  • Must be analytical, well organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
