About the Product: Klix is an innovative, fast and simple e-commerce oriented solution developed by Citadele Bank’s internal IT team. We aim to fundamentally change e-commerce merchant experience and increase merchant sales by shortening the billing process to just two button clicks. Klix is part of Citadele Bank and is one of the bank’s most important projects, which means great autonomy, full management support and an ambitious growth plan.

The team: you would be part of an international product team together with a product owner, developers, QA specialist and UX designer.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement java-based web applications and backend services for Citadele customers, partners and employees.
- Understand and evolve existing system design.
- Diagnose and resolve system problems.
- Work closely with QA team on test automation.
- Research and drive adoption of new technologies.
- Work closely with Operations on deployment and monitoring automation.
- Participate in planning the work of you and your colleagues.

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Java-based software development (we use Java 12, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of application development lifecycle (we use Git, Jenkins, Gradle).
- Experience building secure software and knowledge of security practices.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Unit/Integration Testing, etc.
- Enthusiastic about delivering technology solutions.
- Curiosity and internal motivation to constantly improve.
- Friendly, team-oriented personality.
- EN language skills.
