Indigroup is an executive and specialist search company, whose quality of services is becoming a benchmark in Baltic states. Our client is an international company ViVentor. The company is a part of the Lotus 597 B.V., a Dutch Investment company, part of the Gielen Group that also owns Atlantis Financiers NV. Lotus 597 belongs to the Gielen Group from the Netherlands and is responsible for investing in promising FinTech start-ups and scale-ups. Among other ventures, the Gielen Group already owns the successful lending platform Atlantis Financiers, the credit scoring platform Paylex and the recently launched mortgage backed lending platform, Capilex.
ViVentor, as a part of the Lotus 597, was originally established as a FinTech start- up in Spain back in 2015, ViVentor peer- to-peer investment platform soon became a sound player in European financial market. Currently, the ViVentor platform unites over 7,5 thousand investors from 47 countries with the biggest client base of 50% originating from Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Benelux countries, having almost 70% of invested funds from those countries as well.
ViVentor has increased its financial capital from EUR 2,800 to EUR 1,530,000. The total loans funded on the platform during the last year was over EUR 53.5 million.

Description
You will work in the IT team of 6 IT members (2 back-end devs, 1 front-end dev and Product Owner in Vilnius and 2 DevOps in Netherlands). As the 7th member of the IT team, you will have a big ownership level in your role.
Your tasks will be:
- Developing new features, product enhancements and improvements
- Playing an important role in technical solution and product development meetings
- Keeping an eye out for new technologies and trends to take advantage of

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in development using Java
- Experience with Spring framework
- Experience with JPA, Hibernate and PostgreSQL
- Understanding of Jenkins, Gradle/Maven and Java 8 features
- Past experience with Agile development principles
- Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
- Get things done attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- We communicate in English so we would like you to be at least average here
