At the moment we are looking for an experienced Air Charter Logistics professional capable of taking the position of Air Cargo Sales Manager for Venipak company in New York, NY. The person will be responsible for developing Venipak consolidated avia shipping services in US as a part of “North America-Europe-Asia” logistics chain.

Description

  • Develop and execute Air Charter Logistics operations to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues
  • Maintain and expand cargo volumes for regular charter connection (US-Europe) as well as explore and develop new connection possibilities
  • Conduct market research (competitor and customer) analysis from air-forwarding agencies, GSAs and other possible customers
  • Share the feedback from the market with the sales, branch and international management team
  • Interact and collaborate closely with the tender management teams in other regions
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in air charter operations, sales or process development manager
  • In depth knowledge of air-forwarding and GSA market in US
  • Track record of superior performance metrics such as revenue and PNL
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Professional proficiency in English
