Indigroup is an executive search company, whose quality of services is becoming a benchmark in Baltic states. Our client – Macroton is the producer and supplier of hi quality wood products, logs and biofuels. The company exports its products to more than 30 markets in EU and Middle East.

To accelerate the international growth and continue to expand B2B sales, the company is looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to boost sales in Wester Europes markets and increase customer relationship level. The person will be a part of a sales team in Vilnius office.

Darbo pobūdis

  • Develop, promote & apply innovative ways of selling sawn wood and briquettes products in EU markets
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with manufacturing and logistics companies
  • Participate in industry trade shows, sales meetings, and other activities as required to promote products
  • Review market analyses to determine B2B customer needs
  • Communicate market needs and trends to senior management
  • Monitor and evaluate activities of the competition
  • Negotiate contracts for sales and manage, renew and review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer relations
  • Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and cultivate new customers and market opportunities
  • Identify all sales opportunities with existing and new customers by developing an in-depth understanding of customer organizations, as well as their technical and commercial needs
  • Identify key decision-makers within the customer organizations

  • Successful international sales experience in field of wood products
  • Excellent B2B negotiation skills
  • Strong desire to continue career in sales and achieve outstanding sales results
  • Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for communication with clients and work results
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to managing a sales territory
  • Solid market research experience
  • Highly analytic and creative in approach
  • Fluent English
