The company is looking for an Advisory (Management Consulting) Manager who will report to Advisory Leader in Lithuania. As a Management Consulting Manager, you’ll work as a part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping our client solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Darbo pobūdis

Leads and delivers projects – in finance consulting, but also in other related fields:

  • Be responsible and manage the communication with the client and other stakeholders
  • Be responsible and manage the preparation of projects results: from planning the approach to end delivery
  • Be responsible for managed projects quality and efficiency
  • Be responsible for management of a project team

Grows Management Consulting business through active business development:

  • Proactively seeks and identifies business development opportunities – primarily in finance consulting domain, follows them up to close (opportunity management, account & relationship management)
  • Manages own business development / sales pipeline to achieve own sales KPIs and ensure continuity of business (opportunity management, account & relationship management)
  • Has multiple close connections and develops professional / trusted relationships within specific industries with a goal to grow the business
  • Actively searches new connections on the market, develops his/her network and creates long-term value for multiple stakeholders, focusing on the most promising clients and industries

Team leadership:

  • Builds a successful team through active and regular coaching and on-the-job development
  • Acts as a coach and drives Company’s performance management process through setting up the goals in the annual plan, running the mid-year and year-end reviews
  • Builds required or lacking competencies within the team

Reikalavimai

  • Proven experience in Advisory/Management Consulting
  • Proven experience in finance (eg., business/growth strategy, cost transformation, pricing, corporate finance)
  • Experience in successfully managing people & teams
  • University degree in business, finance, accounting; MBA or Master’s degree is preferred
  • Fluent English, Russian is a benefit
  • Significant business development experience
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Proven network of at least mid-managerial contacts in Lithuania
