Indigroup is an executive search company, whose quality of services is becoming a benchmark in Baltic states. Our client is Baltic Asset Management. The main activity of the company – real estate investment project management. Baltic Asset Management is fast growing real estate developer which has reached a total annual turnover of 22 million EUR in 2021.

The company has already successfully developed and sold 15 real estate projects and currently it’s concentrating on 6 ongoing projects. The growth is so fast, that the company is planning to invest 40 million EUR into new real estate projects this year. The company is located in Vilnius with the main office in Green Hall.

The main company consists of 60 team members in total. By now the company has gained a significant and fast-growing position in real estate market of Lithuania with portfolio of 550 residential rental units.

We are currently looking for an experienced real estate business professional, capable of taking the position of Head of Business Development. The person will be responsible for TOP10 real estate investment company business development in foreign markets.

Darbo pobūdis

  • Expand and develop of a fast-growing real estate investment company portfolio in foreign markets
  • Form and control implementation of development strategy – development of exceptional projects in UK, Scandinavia and Central Europe
  • Lead investment analysis and optimisation based on competitive situation, legal regulations and consumer behaviour in specific markets
  • Lead an international development team to meet the organisation expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
  • Maximise company profits and ensure procurement and development quality in the supervised markets
  • Work closely with management team to support a wide range of business development activities, including partner network development, pricing strategy formulation and service requirements in assigned region
  • Prepare performance reports for presentation to management team
  • Uphold company standards of excellence, guaranteeing quality performance of the investment portfolio
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for planning and execution of regional development goals

  • 5+ years’ international real estate development experience as Investment, Business Development or Country manager
  • Proven track record of managing multiple real estate and investment projects in foreign markets
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a solid financial skillset
  • Track record of superior performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Willing to have constant business trips
