Intro to the Role:

You will work in a team over 15 people: few Sales and Back Office specialists and the rest will be Consultants who will be in close collaboration with you

Your charter is to penetrate new accounts as well as expand with the field service management solutions at existing accounts. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied B2B customers.

The IT Sales Account Manager is responsible for positioning the solutions in a differentiated manner by articulating the value, generating compelling business cases, and working closely internally and with the customer to find the best solution for the customers’ needs.

  • You obtain a deep understanding of customer business challenges – identify & propose solutions which will address their needs.
  • You enjoy a high degree of autonomy when completing Your tasks.

  • Up-sell and cross-sell relevant solutions to meet customers’ needs.

  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.

  • A fixed salary from 1950 EUR before taxes for an entry level role to 3300 EUR before taxes for a senior level role + bonuses, which keeps the motivation even higher.

Minimum education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area or few years of equivalent, relevant experience can be substituted for a degree.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • More than 3 years of experience in a commercial, B2B customer – facing role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand the customer’s IT operation model and propose the benefits of the Synergy Consulting’s services.
  • Passion for continuous learning of new technologies.
  • Self-drive and commitment to create awareness, consideration and adoption of innovative IT services and solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability and eagerness to learn.

Stuff that we see as highly beneficial:

  • 3-5 years in sales within an IT industry.
  • Technical background which supports the understanding of software solutions and their complexity.
  • Understanding of ITSM principles and ITIL knowledge.
