TGBET Player Management System is a multi-tenant platform providing centralized player management, regulatory compliance and reporting, cross platform marketing and promotional capabilities; as well as payment processing, affiliate management, and centralized reporting.

TG LAB team has been involved in shaping the online landscape with innovative gaming products and technologies since 2010. It has an extensive background in Back- Office Systems, Casino, Sports Book, Lottery, Bingo and Poker products.

Latest news: In the Q4 2020 report Betsson announced an agreement with TG Lab UAB (TG Lab), a leading international iGaming technology and development company. Through the agreement Betsson is able to utilise the company’s new, purpose built and modern US iGaming platform, i.e. Player Account Management system (PAM) to support Betsson’s launch on the US market.

About the role: we’re looking for a Mobile Product Manager to join a freshly built TGLAB’s Mobile team. You will be responsible for building mobile products and features within the businesses of TGLAB clients – all the way from the concept to roll-out. We want you to drive the mobile experience of TGLAB forward. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing development features and setting the vision. A big focus will be on the business metrics, product experience, research, and quality. You’ll be collaborating with a team of talented designers and engineers to deliver on product experiences and capabilities.

The team: you will work in the IT team of TGLAB, which consists of 36 members: Developers, QA Engineers, UX Designers and Project Managers.

Your squad: despite being a part of the whole IT team of TGLAB, you will have your own cozy mobile team with Mobile Developers and a UX/UI Mobile Product Manager. The Mobile Team of TGLAB is emerging so don’t be surprised if you will face dedicated QA Engineers, Product Owners and other teammates joining your squad in the near future.

You will need at least 3 years of experience in building consumer web or mobile products (mobile would be our 1st pick). You have to be skilled in researching and analyzing users, business cases, and have many proven achievements under your belt. You’ll enjoy working with people in different functions across the business, and approach tasks with a conceptual and analytical approach.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and champion mobile product strategies and vision throughout client engagements, as well as inspire and brief internal team members to deliver on that vision.
  • Create and maintain a product backlog with epics and user stories.
  • Monitor and communicate project health through metrics.
  • Manage a product roadmap and stakeholder feature requests.
  • Facilitate product usability testing sessions.
  • Work with design teams to create UI wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
  • Ensure requirements have been delivered to specifications, defects have been managed through to resolution, and assess readiness for launch.
  • Keep the industry pulse and stay on top of leading mobile development technologies and best practice standards and implement them internally when appropriate.

Reikalavimai

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in web or mobile ecosystem.
  • Experience in all stages of Product Development from inception, MVP, requirements, design, development, testing, and go-to-market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development, multi-platform, APIs, and user experience design and experience in releasing features that impact user growth and retention.
  • Data driven product development approach.
  • Practical knowledge of agile methodology, eg. Kanban / Scrumban framework.
  • Ability to research all aspects of a specific topic: users, data&statistics, competitors, best-practices and industry standards.
  • Strategically minded: you can quickly grasp both business and customer motivations and goals, and craft a plan to drive toward them.
  • Customer centric: takes pleasure in delighting users and relentless at uncovering their needs.
