IT/SaaS Sales Account Executive (International Sales)

Indigroup is an executive search company, whose quality of services is becoming a benchmark in Baltic states. Our client is SearchNode. The company provides top-notch e-commerce search technology to more than 110 clients all over the world (Baltics, Czech, Poland, Romania, Greece, Spain, UK, Canada and etc.). With 15 people currently on board, SearchNode is growing quickly and in 2018 the team will reach more than 20 people. Therefore we are looking for a results-driven, consultative style sales professional who will join our team and will help to lead the company to a 100 people-team in the next 24 months.

SearchNode has developed a well-performing sales process that helps company to reach biggest ecommerce businesses around the Europe fast. However, the company also expect you to take ownership and be able to execute without implicit direction and improve our current sales process. We are looking for a person, who will raise the level of the sales team.

  • Day-to-day outbound sales activities
  • Grow & Manage sales pipeline
  • Build long-lasting relationships with potential SearchNode customers
  • Meet potential customers to understand needs and demonstrate SearchNode product
  • Obtain a deep understanding of customer business challenges – identify & propose solutions which will address their needs
  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure the Searchnode is aligned on strategy and driving the best outcome on behalf of its customers

Intro: SearchNode has a mid-size team yet, but their product already serves thousands of search queries every minute. Biggest e-commerce businesses around the Europe entrust the SearchNode with the mission of providing one of the most important parts of their websites – site search. The sales team consists of 10 people with 4 of them working in Lithuanian HQ and other 6 in Greece, Romania and Poland. You will be responsible for the direct sales process to the clients, who have already showed their interest in SearchNode’s SaaS.


  • Minimum 3 years front-line outbound b2b sales experience
  • Successful track record selling to medium-big companies in Europe or US
  • Experience or interest in tech or e-commerce industry
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Continuous improvement in sales
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.


  • Other languages skills
  • Experience of selling SaaS or other software services
  • Experience of selling to ecommerce companies
  • Experience at a startup or other type of fast growing tech company
  • Achievements at any other area (art, sports, volunteering, NGO’s etc)
