Implementation Consultant for Process Automation

Vecticum develops software for the best employee experience with everyday tasks at work. Is it vacation applications, submitting invoices for approval, tracking budgets, managing trainings and business trips, updating employee and org. structure information, etc.

As an Implementation Consultant you will take people-centric approach to digitalize and automate routine business processes, integrate multi-aim applications into one experience, make it accessible and self-service to everyone in the company.

Darbo pobūdis

You will be involved in the whole lifecycle of a project: starting from customer requirements evaluation, solution configuration, preparing the development specification, testing functionality, providing consultancy support to the clients.

Your typical daly tasks will be:

• Work directly with clients to define solution design and configuration
• Provide product expertise and guidance to clients throughout the implementation
• Provide training and end-user support, during and/or after the implementation
• Pro-actively develop and share business process knowledge and expertise internally with Vecticum team and externally with clients
• Create and maintain standards, manuals and other system configuration documentation
• Work with Vecticum development team to ensure system quality, functionality and usability
• Act as escalation point for technical issues
• Contribute to development backlog creation and sprint planning
• Contribute to project test strategies and provide oversight for test case production
• Support sales opportunities as required

Reikalavimai

• 3+ years experience in ERP or other BM (business management) software solution implementation
• Very good understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain and/or HR management
• Good technical skills understanding configuration management patterns
• Consultative, technical and problem-solving approach and experience

NICE TO HAVE

• Understanding the JavaScript syntax
• Code reviewing and debugging experience
